How do I pay?

Credit/Debit card is currently the only payment method Duncan Yachts accept. By entering your details at the checkout stage you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected (including VAT if applicable) and delivery costs. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation will be made to the same card. Duncan Yachts reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect may be fraudulent.

Do prices include VAT?

All prices stated on the website are inclusive of UK VAT, currently at 20%. Prices and availability of products may be changed at any time without notice.

What about credit card security?

Duncan Yachts use NatWest TYL as our secure payment provider. All transactions take place on their secure servers and Duncan Yachts have no access to credit/debit card numbers submitted at the checkout stage.

What do I need if I return some goods?

If you wish to return a product purchased from us, you may do so within 14 working days of receiving the product by contacting us, on our Contact Us page or by emailing email address, to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Please include your order number to enable us to trace the order.

We will refund the price of the product, less any delivery costs charged, unless the product is defective, in which case the full price paid will be refunded.

How much are your delivery charges and how long will it take?

Standard delivery for UK mainland takes 3 -5 working days from date of dispatch. For out of stock items please allow a maximum of 21 days delivery. There is a standard delivery charge for UK mainland of £5.50 inc VAT per order.

For overseas orders, heavy or bulky items and hazardous goods an additional charge will apply.
