After 3 months of lockdown we are delighted that we have reopened our doors to all our customers on Monday 29th June.
Our opening hours have changed slightly, we still open at 9am however the premises will now close at 4pm Monday - Saturday. This will allow us to carry out the cleaning and sanitisation duties required for the health and safety of our staff and customers. Additionally we have suspended Sunday opening and we hope that this does not cause too much inconvenience.
Customers who have concerns regarding Coronavirus are more than welcome to pre order goods on our website, by email or by telephone for collection at our back door.
We will have facilities in place at the entrance for hand sanitizing and strongly recommended these are used prior to entering the premises. Please note that from 10th July until further notice the wearing of face protection is mandatory in Scottish shops unless a medical condition prevents this.
Our floor layout and wide aisles allow for reasonable movement and the shop is clearly marked out for 2 metre separation. We would ask that customers enter the shop from the car park entrance and exit via the front door to Scotland Street. Any customer with mobility difficulties will be assisted by a member of our staff.
Guidance to customers - Clothing Department
We are restricting access to our clothing department and our changing room facility will not be available. A member of staff will assist with clothing purchases and we would ask that handling of clothing, footwear and books be kept to a minimum as these items are required to be quarantined for up to 72 hours after contact.
We are all adapting to the "new normal" way of life and we hope that once again everyone will enjoy visiting us for advice and good old fashioned customer service.
